In-house Commercial Contracts Paralegal/Legal Executive

New opportunity for an In-house Commercial Contracts Paralegal/ Legal Executive to join a highly regarded company.

Our client is currently looking for a Commercial Contracts Paralegal/ Legal Executive to join their Bristol office. They are an independent marine services company providing solutions for offshore cable installation projects in the renewable energy, offshore wind power, subsea telecommunications and oil & gas industries.

The role will involve developing, implementing and continuously improving commercial strategies, processes and procedures required to conduct the Company's business. You will be required to assist in negotiations and the management of all of the Company's commercial relationships including support for pre-qualification, tendering, contracting and post-award activities.

To be considered for this role, you must have a legal qualification (e.g. LLB law degree/ GDL/ LPC) and a solid understanding of contract law.
