This is a US law firm with a growing London office and an exceptional finance practice, currently seeking a Senior Associate to join the team.
Excellent progression prospects are on offer as the team has plans to grow at the partner level in the next few years, ideally through organic growth.
The culture at this firm is excellent and the team is tight knit.
Role
Advising on leveraged finance, credit fund work, restructuring, special situation financing and fund finance, amongst other banking and finance matters.
Requirements
- 7 to 8 years' PQE with experience from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or leading US law firm ideally and failing that a leading finance practice at another well regarded firm.
- Experience in leveraged finance.
- Strong academics would be ideal.
- An ambitious individual with plans to eventually make Partner.
Salary
£180,000 to £220,000 plus bonus, depending on PQE level.
