A prestigious UK Law Firm is looking to hire a new Finance & Compliance Administrator to sit within the Corporate team in their London office on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.  Responsibilities will include taking charge of file opening and gathering KYC information, updating engagement letters and diarising yearly rate increases for clients, assisting partners with WIP reports and discussing client balances on a regular basis, assisting with billing (particularly monthly billing), liaising with the accounts team with regards to billing and file openings, assisting with Companies House work and any other duties as and when required.  Candidates should have previous office administrative experience ideally gained within a law firm, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and possess the ability to work well in a team and under pressure.  Previous finance experience would also be beneficial for this role, as would knowledge of the basic Microsoft office package.  Standard hours are 9.30am to 5,30pm and the firm is based in stunning offices!
