CREDIT HIRE PARALEGAL – MANCHESTER
Credit Hire Paralegal – A Personal injury paralegal with litigated Credit Hire experience is currently in demand to join one the defendant personal injury team of one of our leading legal 500 clients. You should be able to demonstrate around one year or more of litigated credit hire experience from a reputable firm and be confident handling your own caseload.

This law firm is a leading insurance firm, with a highly respected personal injury practice, which covers a broad range of defendant personal injury work. Due to the expansion of their Manchester office a number of personal injury paralegals with credit hire expertise are sought to help handle the increasing workload.
Our client has always been a well-known player in the national insurance market, though recently the practice has entered into a phase of unprecedented expansion in order to increase their presence further.
CREDIT HIRE PARALEGAL - THE ROLE
The personal injury paralegals within the Credit Hire team work closely with the RTA side of the practice. In particular, you will be expected to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Credit Hire law as well as a practical ability to perform a broad spectrum of tasks from analysing medical reports drafting court documents and assisting other members of the team. You will also be asked on occasion to attend mediations and other hearings.
The credit hire paralegals perform a crucial role within the firm and members of that team are encouraged to grow and develop their skillset to progress within the practice.
