Conveyancing Paralegal
Permanent - £18,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to work within the conveyancing team of a Shropshire based law firm.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a background of working within the legal sector, preferably with a minimum of 1-2 years experience within a similar role. There will be the opportunity for future progression within the firm and would therefore suit an ambitious paralegal looking to further their career.
Our client is a reputable mid-sized firm that have long-standing relationships with their clients and strong local ties. They operate across a number of offices holding a strong presence in Shropshire.
The duties of the role will require you to assist the Solicitor in handling their caseload of residential conveyancing matters, seeing cases through to completion. Cases will include the sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold residences. You will be required to liaise with external parties such as mortgage providers, stakeholders and other firms.
