Commercial Dispute Paralegal

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting on behalf of a well-known and respected regional firm of Solicitors. We are looking for applications from candidates who have worked at Paralegal/Legal Assistant level and have circa 2 years’ experience in dealing with or assisting with commercial litigation cases.

Duties for this role will include;

• Debt recovery
• Partnership disputes
• Directors/shareholders disputes
• Business Tenancy/Lease disputes
• Contract disputes
• Professional negligence
• Preparing bundles for court hearings
• Drafting legal documents
• Reviewing files
• Dealing with clients and third parties face to face and on the telephone
• Answering and screening incoming telephone calls
• Strong IT and Database skills

This role is based at our clients Doncaster offices, though you may be required to work at their Sheffield office from time to time. You should be able to demonstrate excellent customer care skills and an ability to prioritise busy workloads.
