The firm is recruiting for a Senior Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their flourishing West End office.

The firm now stands at 85 staff and are in the process of undertaking some succession planning. They are a full multi-service firm and are growing across several departments. The firm has a strong reputation for Leasehold Enfranchisement and they are currently very busy with good quality work. You will deal with your own caseload of leasehold reform work e.g. Enfranchisement and Lease Renewals under the LHRUDA 1993. You will also have an opportunity to get involved in marketing and business development activities.

Given the department is expanding, there are excellent prospects for progression, it would suit someone looking for Partnership or perhaps a lateral move.

• You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor with at least four years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• You will be based in the flourishing West End office
• Leasehold Enfranchisement should be at least 50% of your current caseload
• You should have a good billings history
• Experience of developing new business is essential
• Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an exceptional, lucrative bonus structure.
