The work is core real estate including large sale & purchase, lease work, landlord & tenant, investment and development matter. Working on some of the most cutting edge matters in Scotland, this real estate solicitor role will see you enjoy a broad spectrum of work including; sale and purchase, investment work, development and finance matters, as well as incorporating elements of landlord and tenant.  
 
Your technical skills are a given, but we are also looking for people who can deliver simple pragmatic advice and understands that clients want a steer on how best to achieve their goals. As well as the opportunity to work with some of the highest profile clients in Scotland, this real estate solicitor opportunity offers excellent remuneration and benefits.
