Senior Litigator

Senior Commercial Litigator required for well-established top regional firm to be based in their central Liverpool office. Our client has a number of solicitors are recognised by the Legal 500.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to take the next career step. Alongside dealing with an existing, good quality caseload you will managing a small team of fee earners while further building the department through networking and business development activities.

Areas of work the litigation team handle include:

* Property litigation
* Landlord and tenant disputes
* Business sale disputes
* Company/shareholder disputes
* Partnership disputes
* Contract disputes
* Construction litigation
* Professional negligence claims

The litigation practice group lead is keen to hear from commercial litigation solicitors with at least 5 years PQE. A salary of at least £45,000 is on offer with real Head of Department/ Partnership prospects.
