Large professional service organisation is looking to hire an HR Manager to work in their well-established team based in Dublin, Ireland.
Role Profile:
- The successful candidate will be an effective HR Manager with proven man-management experience/skills and the ability to provide support and advice to the wider HR team.
- Additionally, you will be involved in the continued development of new HR systems, ER, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and HRIS.
- Involvement in key strategic HR Projects on an ad hoc basis.
Candidate Requirements:
- Candidates must be a qualified (or CIPD qualified) HR professional and will have at 6+ years experience gained working in a professional services environment.
- Ideally, you will also have experience/ understanding of Irish employment law.
