Our client is a reputable international law firm looking for a tax associate (2-4 years PQE) to join its Taxation Team in London.

This team offers a multi-jurisdictional tax advisory service, as a stand-alone service and as an integral part of the full legal service offered by this firm.

Areas in which this team is active include M&A, reconstructions and reorganisations, strategic tax planning, tax investigations and disputes, joint ventures, asset finance, capital market transactions, banking, litigation, restructuring, tax, structured finance and indirect tax.

The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Corporate Tax law and proven experience of operating at associate level.
