Global Company Secretarial Consultant

Looking for company secretaries from global teams for opportunities in London

Your new company
I am working with a number of leading accountancy and professional services firms who are looking to expand their teams. The roles work with global clients with multi-jurisdictional presence and act as the main point of contact for these clients.

Your new role
In the global role you will be working with a network of colleague across the globe to service a clients every need from a corporate compliance point of view. Taking on a project management role you will be liaising with the client about their global subsidiary portfolios - this will happen both over the phone and through face to face meetings. You will give instructions to colleagues on director changes, liquidations and share transfers as well as distributions of dividends across jurisdictions. You may be required to help with business development by networking with other parts of your business to highlight the work your team does and to see if there are any cross selling opportunities to expand the global offering.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking to speak to company secretaries who are either working in professional services firms in global roles or individuals who are in global organisations managing the global subsidiary piece. We are particularly interested in hearing from manager level individuals.
