An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Commercial Property Finance Lawyer to join a busy team in Leeds City Centre.
The firm is well known within the industry and continuously expanding.
They are looking to recruit a Property Lawyer to manage a caseload of Commercial Property Finance Transactions which will include title checking freehold, leasehold, unregistered and new build cases.
Comprehensive experience of freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered, newbuild, commercial property sale, purchase and refinance conveyancing and residential sale, purchase and refinance conveyancing is necessary.
The successful applicant must be at least 3 PQE, hold a current practising certificate and have a degree of 2:1 or above.
You should also be able a determined and focusing individual with the ability to work in a high volume environment.
My client is offering a very attractive salary of £35-50k dependant on experience.
