We are currently working with a top tier firm in Birmingham who are searching for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support their team based in Birmingham.
About the Commercial Real Estate Paralegal role:
In this team support role you will be assisting with the administration and coordination of projects, communicating with personnel throughout the larger team and updating legal matters of a diverse nature.
Key responsibilities:
- Involvement in various areas including; acquisitions, leases and legal enquiries
- Updating and maintaining client and project data including Deeds
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Liaising with and reporting to clients/external stakeholders regarding Deeds
- Carrying out searches related to Land Registry and other issues required by team members
You will have a legal background and a good practical understanding of Real Estate procedures, coupled with a high attention to detail. You will also have a passion for building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
