The role will be stimulating and refreshing allowing you to provide a horizontal vision across the markets, enabling you to see the detail of a particular transaction in the context of the market as a whole. That aspect is a marked difference from being in a law firm or bank and only juggling a handful of deals for weeks on end.

To be successful you should have the ability to describe complicated legal terms in a readable way for non-lawyers and to spot loopholes, off-market terms, or any other issue material to investment decisions.
