Commercial Property Paralegal
Bedfordshire – up to £20k DOE
Venn Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading law firm for a Paralegal to join their Commercial Property team with the potential for future progression.
The Company:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven paralegal to join a well-established national law firm. There is potential for an opportunity of future progression within the firm and would therefore suit an ambitious paralegal looking to further their career.
The Role:
The successful candidate will assist the team with their varied caseload of Commercial Property matters; this includes acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, lease extensions and right to buys. You will be required to prepare legal documents, liaise with clients and third parties and provide administrative support to the solicitors.
You:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 6 months experience of working as a Paralegal within Commercial Property. Customer care and IT skills will be a fundamental requirement for the role
A salary of up to £20,000 is offered for this position however salary is negotiable and dependent on experience
