Clayton Legal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our clients small but thriving Firm in Wrexham. My client has branches throughout Chester and North Wales and is recently CQS accredited with plenty of opportunities for progression throughout the business.
The role will involve managing an existing case load of conveyancing matters from start to finish. The case load will be made up of Sales and Purchase, Right to Buy, Transfer of Equity, Re-Mortgages, Lease Hold and Free Hold. You will join an experienced Senior Solicitor with a view to growing the Residential department with the use of a well developed Case Management System.
You will have 2 years PQE as an experienced Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer and suitable candidates will have experience of managing an existing case load and will have the ability to business develop and grow the department within your team. The salary on offer for this role will be £25,000 - £30,000.
