Childcare Solicitor

Your new company

This firm is one of the most well established law firms in Bath . They have a large family department, both private and public. Due to the expansion of their family team, they are currently looking for a Childcare solicitor around 5 years PQE to join their successful family team.

Your new role

You will be dealing solely with child care cases. You will be specialising in cases in regards to parental responsibility, child arrangements orders, residence orders, special guardianship orders, care proceedings, abduction, social services, and adoption amongst other issues.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be highly motivated, self-sufficient and an experienced individual. You will have a minimum of 5 years PQE alongside a solid advocacy background. It is essential that you are already a member of the Children's Panel.
