Commerical Paralegal - North Wales - Competitive Salary

My client is a well known and established law firm and is one of the largest in North Wales; there is a new opportunity due to growth within the department for a commercial paralegal.

You will be responsible for a varied caseload of differing complexities, files will include but not limited to;
¿ Breach of contract cases
¿ Landlord and Tenant disputes
¿ Building Disputes
¿ Company & Partnership disputes
¿ Debt recovery
¿ Boundary Disputes

As the ideal candidate you will have at least 2 years prior experience handling your own files, including a solid background in Commercial Law. Those with a background of both contentious and non-contentious will be considered as long as they can prove and show a strong ability to deal with a contentious workload. Those who have a strong litigated background from other areas of law are encouraged to apply.
