Our client, ranked tier 1 for its commercial property offering, is seeking to appoint an agricultural property Solicitor with at least five years’ experience to be the "go to" person for their agricultural matters. 

You will work as part of the rural team that offers a range of legal services uniquely tailored to landowners, farmers and other rural enterprises.

You will be the “go to” person for all of the Agricultural property work which will include; acquisitions and disposals of all forms of rural land and property, whether residential or commercial. The commercial property team itself is comprised of some exceptional lawyers with a real commercial aptitude and they are truly dynamic in the sense that they strike an equal balance between high quality work and work/life balance. This role provides an agricultural solicitor a great deal of autonomy which would particularly suit somebody who feels micromanaged within their current environment. 

To be considered you will have at least four years experience as an agricultural property solicitor who is capable technically but also sociable, commercially astute and dynamic.
