The role

My client is a niche Commercial law firm based in South Manchester. This opportunity will involve you working within the company’s Commercial Litigation team in South Manchester. The department has a strong reputation which is recognised by The Legal 500 having been awarded ‘Top Tier’ status 4 years running.  Other departments in the firm are also recognised as Top Tier in The Legal 500.

As a South Manchester-based Commercial Litigation Solicitor you will manage a mixed caseload to include the following: -

• Commercial and Contract Disputes
• Professional Negligence
• Property Litigation
• IP and IT Disputes
• Commercial Agents Claims
• Company/Shareholder Disputes
• Insolvency Litigation
• Banking Claims
• Supervising Search Orders
• Injunctive Relief

The candidate
