Exciting opportunity for a Senior Paralegal to join an award-winning international legal practice
Our client is currently looking for a Senior Paralegal to join their Real Estate team in Bristol. Their Real Estate department have an outstanding reputation due to the quality of their client base.
The role will involve supporting the work undertaken for the telecoms sector. You will be working on a range of non-contentious landlord and tenant matters, the negotiation of leases and lease renewals as well as advising clients on issues regarding site sharing.
To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced paralegal/ legal executive with experience within the Real Estate Telecom sector. Ideally, you will have knowledge of the Telecommunications Act 1984 and Communications Act 2001.
