A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior residential conveyancer to join a long established local firm in Cannock, which has a high staff retention rate and real progression prospects.

Our client, based in the south Staffordshire area, is seeking to appoint a conveyancer with over ten years’ experience to head up its team of around 4 fee earners and more support staff. This role has arisen due to the retirement of a partner, and as such the individual must have experience of running a varied caseload, along with some experience of overseeing a team. Partnership in the future is a strong possibility.

The firm itself has an extremely high staff retention rate, only recruiting due to expansion or retirement. It offers a fantastic work life balance, good quality conveyancing work (which is generally local work), along with working with a great bunch of down to earth and friendly people.

Team fit is crucial, and as such you must be a friendly and supportive conveyancer with plenty of experience.
