12 month FTC: Corporate Finance Paralegal at US Law Firm with lots of overtime To £40,000 + OT

US Law firm is looking to recruit a new Paralegal on an initial 12 month basis, working across Corporate Finance in addition to assisting other departments on the same floor, resulting in you gaining exposure to other areas of law including Insolvency and Real Estate Finance.  In your role you will work directly with the Partners and Associates.  This will be a very high level paralegal position where there is the opportunity of undertaking lots and lots of paid overtime.  This firm is looking for candidates who have previously worked at a high level within Corporate or Corporate Finance as the successful candidate will be supporting busy Partners who will want you to hit the ground running.  You will have exposure to clients along with plenty of drafting and transactional involvement.  Ideally looking for candidates with good level experience of at least 1-2 years, preferably from within a top-tier City law firm within a corporate or company/commercial department.  Offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm.
