Looking for a Lawyer to join our legal department as a dedicated Brexit resource to assist with Brexit related legal issues.

Description

The successful candidate will be helping to strengthen the bank's response to the UK's decision to secede from the European Union

You will be expected to attend conference calls and meetings giving legal representation

The role requires flexibility to work across a broad set of products as well as managing projects

Profile

UK qualified lawyer (or equivalent)

Regulatory or corporate re-organization background preferred

Organization skills are a priority as well as the ability to be pro-active and to manage many varied competing priorities

Excellent communication skills, coupled with a strong commercial mind-set as the role is very business-focused and involves significant exposure to all parts of the Bank

Significant technical expertise in financial markets and regulation from a top tier law firm or from within a financial services organization, particularly with experience of licensing or regulatory or corporate re-organization matters

Excellent time management and task prioritization skills will be necessary
