Real Estate Solicitor
Our client is a Top 100 law firm with an opportunity for a real estate solicitor to join the core real estate team in Manchester.
Handling a mix of quality real estate matters you willl conduct your own caseload and as such will have developed experience across landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals and estate management work primarily. You will enjoy working with a strong UK client base, in both the public and private sector being involved at all stages of the commercial property transaction.
The real estate team is collegiate and friendly, the quality of work is high and there is genuine progression for a commercial property solicitor to progress in a structured and supported environment.
