Residential Property Solicitor

New opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor or FILEX to join a progressive Macclesfield Law Firm.

My client has an excellent repuatation both locally and regionally - on offer here is a high quality caseload and a supportive, collegiate environment.

Applications are invited from Solicitors or FILEX, including those who require part time working. Working as part of a wider Property Team, you will handle a varied and challenging caseload incorporating sales and purchases, equity release, new build purchases, remortgages, shared ownership etc. There will also be the opportunity for the successful candidate to act on Commercial Property matters if they wish, although thos is not critical to the position. Support of the wider property teams members and maintaining client relationships will also form part of your remit.

You will be joining a commercial Firm with a real focus on the delivery of quality legal services to the lcoal market and beyond. Ideally you will have 3 or more years PQE. Salary and benefits are excellent for the region.
