Private Client Solicitor

I am currently recruiting for a well respected, regional law firm based in Bedfordshire. The firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor with Court of Protection experience and 2+ years PQE to join their progressive Bedford office.

This role requires you to have Court of Protection experience in dealing with Deputyship Applications, On-going Finance Administration, Interim Orders and Ancillary Applications such as Interim Orders, Trustee Orders and Statutory Will Applications.

As the ideal candidate, you must have proven experience of handling a sizeable caseload, be IT literate and have an up-to-date knowledge of Continuing Professional Development and internal training expectations. Moreover, you must have keen interest in business development.
