Family Lawyer - 0-5 yrs
A newly or recently qualified Family Lawyer is required to join a modern and extremely progressive law firm that has grown substantially over the last 10 years to become a Top 200 UK Law firm.
State of the art systems, an open door culture, first class management and a client base of quality rather than quantity are on offer to a solicitor with a strong interest in private family law.
The successful candidate will be joining a supportive team culture that believes in a traditional approach and you should be able to demonstrate a broad background in all aspects of the entire divorce and separation process (including Mediation and Collaborative Law) and all aspects of living together.
The team gives advice in:-
- Financial Remedy
- Child Arrangements
- Occupation/Non-Molestation Orders
- Schedule 1 Children Act
- Pre and Post Marital or Pre and Post Civil Partnership Agreements
- Cohabitee Agreements
- Separation Agreements
Additionally you will be asked to become part of the marketing and business development of the practice moving forward and in return this is a law firm that invests in their people and offer genuine career progression for the right candidates.
