A Chambers listed Legal 500 firm based in Reading is seeking a 2 years’+ PQE Corporate Solicitor.
The firm advises on major corporate transactions involving multiple legal jurisdictions, as well as on one-off deals within the UK.
The highly regarded Corporate team provides advice on and deals with the following legal matters:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Management buy-outs and management buy-ins
- Restructuring Joint ventures Private equity Shareholders’ and investment agreements
- Corporate governance
- Company formation and management
- Share incentive schemes
The ideal candidate must be able to manage their own caseload and demonstrate the ability to work well with other fee earners from the commercial property, tax, employment, and intellectual property departments.
With a confident approach to legal advice, the ideal candidate will already be working with, or qualified from a recognised firm, present with an excellent academic record, and be a good communicator.
