Top tier financial services institution is seeking a lawyer to work on a broad advisory regulatory role covers areas such as EMIR, MiFID and MiFIR alongside well regarded lawyers in this industry. Whilst our client is ideally looking for someone with some grounding in the FS regulatory framework, they will consider lawyers from other disciplines within the banking sector with a real can do attitude and genuine interest in this area. This includes re-training lawyers from a contentious FS regulatory background into a non-contentious focused role.
