An exciting Residential Development Lawyer opportunity with great potential at a lovely full service, top 200 law firm in Somerset. This really is a very high quality firm with a unique reputation and a client base to suit.
The role
This is a very hands-on role, supporting a large national developer covering a geographical area around Gosport, Cirencester and Wilton. You will be out on site a lot, supporting the development partner. The role is ideal for a lawyer who likes getting out and about, building and sustaining client relationships.
The candidate
There is some flexibility here and we would encourage applications from either Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with good quality experience in residential development matters who are ready for a career step with a very high quality firm. You should be confident to join the team and run your own case load without the need for close supervision. You must have the confidence to visit client sites on your own and to work with senior stakeholders.
