One of the world's leading professional services organisations that operates in 158 countries and works with some of the most successful organisations on the globe, is now recruiting for 3 Solicitors at NQ Level - 2YRs PQE with Commercial experience to join the "Operate" Legal team at their state of the art facility in Belfast.

The business is focused on identifying talented and ambitious Solicitors with a passion for client service. The company is experiencing significant growth in both their private and public sector practices largely due to the ability to harness new technology to deliver better services, faster.

Your new role

"Operate" is an exciting new business that works across all lines of service, providing managed service solutions to many of the firm's leading clients, primarily in the banking and financial services sector.

You will have exposure to a wide range of opportunities with fantastic scope for progression and will work closely with the London office.

The group provides a comprehensive range of legal services in the areas of intellectual property, IT and contracts and commercial law.

Clients comprise of Public Sector, major multi-nationals, mid-tier businesses and start-ups, in all industry sectors Your role will include but will not be limited to;

• Reviewing, assessing, and drafting IT, IP and commercial agreements;
• Advising on IT, IP, e-commerce and general commercial laws;
• Supporting clients in the negotiation of a range of transactions
• Some corporate support/due diligence work;
• Business Development, including over time building a network of referrers within the company as well as developing direct client relationships.
• General Commercial, IP/IT and Outsourcing agreements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent common law jurisdiction
• 0-2 years' PQE
• Excellent academic background
• Commercial contract experience
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to us initiative and a willingness to embrace innovation and continuous improvement
