Senior Private Client Solicitor / Associate / Partner - Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high calibre law firm who have a great reputation within the region. The role is to work for a busy and respected private client department who deal with a high quality caseload including acting for high net worth individuals.

This law firm are not the biggest but are known to be one of the best in the area and are highly ranked. They are in a great location in mid Kent so easily commutable from areas of Kent, Sussex, Surrey and London.

This firm have a modern dynamic and refreshing approach to law but retain the more traditional approach of putting the client and their needs first. They are a great firm to work for as they offer a valuable work/life balance environment and a friendly and flexible yet professional culture.

You will be taking over an existing workload of private client matters. There is plenty of client contact so good people skills are essential. You will ideally have experience of dealing with estate administration, drafting Wills and Trusts, Probate, Tax Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection.

This is a senior level position and therefore applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors who have at least 5 years PQE in private client work. STEP membership or working towards would be an advantage but is not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity and there is partnership prospects and also potential to head up the department in the short term. Therefore any management and supervisory experience would also be an advantage.
