Solicitor - Household & Commercial Recovery Team - Birmingham
A fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to join the Household & Commercial Recovery Team at highly respected legal 500 firm.
The role will initially be focused purely on subrogated property recovery claims but may also be required to undertake other claims within Claims Solutions - property team.
The successful candidate will have to exercise full compliance with the firm's protocols on billing and credit control as well as achieving a minimum budgeted annual target of 1440 chargeable hours per year.
The role requires the successful candidate to be a Newly Qualified solicitor with litigation experience, exhibit excellence in analysing cases in detail and display the ability to adopt a commercial perspective rather than an academic 'approach' to claims settlement.
