Property Litigation Solicitor

I am looking to speak with a Solicitor with good experience of working on all types of property litigation and advisory matters, with strong experience in commercial landlord and tenant, and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 as well as real property, development issues (including overage and third-party rights), insolvency and enforcement and high end residential.

The firm boasts an excellent work load that includes a broad range of complex property disputes. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in property litigation from an established firm. The work will be high level and rewarding, and will push a driven and ambitious lawyer to take on complex work for a varied and international client based that include property investors, occupiers and developers.

You will have good academics with a minimum of 2:1 first degree and a desire to progress quickly as a property litigation specialist. An excellent, industry leading package is offered along with ongoing career prospects with a top-tier law firm.
