Commercial Property Lawyer

LAW Absolute is currently seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join the team of an established Local Authority based in the Midlands.

The role is for an initial three month contract with a high possibility of extension.

If you are successful upon application, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:

•             Provide advice and have conduct of legal files relating to commercial property work and some residential matters

•             Conduct a range of transactional work, including leases, purchases, sales and commercial property management work  

•             Support corporate projects and advise on property issues as part of the project team

•             Advise senior officers within the practice’s local authority clients

The ideal candidate will be innovative, hard-working and can hit the ground running.

It is essential that you can work well in a dynamic team and can hit the ground running.
