Property Litigation Solicitor
A leading Milton Keynes based international law firm is looking to hire a property litigation solicitor to meet growing client demand. The firm act for "Blue Chip" companies on landlord and tenant matters alongside work for local authorities that could change legal precedents.
You will be a property litigation solicitor with experience in commercial landlord and tenant, development issues (including overage and third party rights), insolvency and enforcement and high end residential matters. You will receive direct support and supervision from a leading partner and will be a key junior succession hire for the successful team of 12. The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 or better and should have trained with a leading regional or London based firm.
