Our client is a full service law firm with offices in central Harrogate. They have s small Company / Commercial team and deal with varied work and client base.
Description
As the Corporate / Commercial Solicitor you will work with the Partners and other team members advising on Corporate matters including buying and selling businesses and re-structures etc and also commercial matters including drafting and negotiating various contracts.
Profile
You will be a Corporate / Commercial Solicitor who has ties to Leeds. It is likely that you will be around 3-5 years PQE although any level will be considered. We would be happy to talk to either Corporate Solicitors or Commercial Solicitors.
