A highly attractive and rare(!) opportunity now exists for a Senior Corporate Associate to join the Tech focussed practice of this highly regarded West-Coast firm.
The team has a genuinely strong presence in the Tech sector and acts for companies at all stages in their lifecycle, the firm naturally has a hugely successful Silicon Valley presence too. The work will typically involve Private M&A, PE and VC and sometimes a small amount of ECM. A senior associate, probably 5-9 years’ PQE, is required to bolster the practice in London.
The successful candidate will have a real and demonstrable interest in the Tech sector and will have gained their experience in a well-regarded Corporate department(s). They will be looking to join a dynamic and sector-committed practice and have the confidence, experience and ambition to join a fast-paced team, in which they will manage deals and teams.
