Public and Private Law Lawyer

Public and Private Law Lawyer.

We are currently recruiting for a Public and Private Law Lawyer for a central government department in London.

Working at the heart of government, you will be holding a busy civil litigation caseload of public law matters including judicial review.

We are looking for experienced litigators who are qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales or similar common law jurisdiction.

Knowledge of the law relating to injunctions and/or public law would be an advantage, but is not essential. Previous employment within the Public Sector/Government would also be an advantage.
