IP Solicitor
Circa £70,000 - £90,000 (Negotiable) commensurate with experience
A prestigious global law firm, recognised as having a leading Intellectual Property team are experiencing a continued growth phase and now seek to recruit a commercially driven IP solicitor to join their ranks.
Responsibilities:
- manage a varied caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters
- developing client relationships and building own internal and external network
- drafting of legal articles
- review, drafting and preparation of all relevant IP documentation
Requirements:
- Mid / senior level IP solicitor required with Intellectual Property experience gained from a recognised law firm or SME/ large corporate
- Expertise covering both contentious and non-contentious Intellectual property work covering the full range of IP rights
- Track record of engagement in business development initiatives
- Commercially savvy with strong academic/professional record
The firm act for many household brands across various industries including , fashion, life sciences, financial services and luxury goods with much of their work being high profile.
The team are known to have particularly strong trade mark litigation expertise and are also recommended for their licence agreement work covering all core rights.
