This is a rare opportunity for a general Commercial Solicitor to join a well-liked c.Top 50 firm's Commercial & IP team.
The role will be fairly varied but will mainly focus upon general commercial contracts (including IT and outsourcing), soft IP (trademarks/brands/licensing) and some data protection. The client base of the team is also very varied, you will find yourself working with clients in publishing, sports, financial services, cultural and education sectors.
The firm as a whole is known for offering a sensible approach to hours and typically it is unusual to be in the office much beyond 7pm.
A circa 3-4 PQE solicitor is required who, not only solid relevant experience and a genuine interest in some of the relevant client industry sectors, but also an intellectual approach to their work alongside strong communication skills. It is likely the successful candidate will have trained in a mid-sized or major City firm.
