STRUCTURED FINANCE- SECURITISATION: 1-5 YRS (E&W)/3-6 YRS (AUS/NZ) - LONDON

This premier international firm has instructed us on a search for an ambitious structured finance or securitisation lawyer to join the structured finance and securitisation team working on structured bond transactions, including asset-backed commercial paper, auto-ABS, CDOs/CBOs, covered bonds, credit card receivables, CMBS, hybrid project finance, non-performing loans, project bonds, receivables financings, RMBS, WBS and utility financings.

You will have solid experience with a top tier firm, a sound academic record and ambition and enthusiasm to work with these experts to advise on multi jurisdictional transactions. This is a growth area of law and also offers a great opportunity for overseas qualified lawyers and strong corporate and finance lawyers looking to retrain.
