A leading US firm is keen to further develop its competition practice with the hire of a mid-level competition associate.
The work will involve advising on complex high-profile corporate transactions and behavioral investigations. The lead partner has particular experience litigating before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and acting for high profile global clients on matters before the European Commission, CMA, sector regulators and the High Court.
The firm in London has now grown to over 140 lawyers and continues to make impressive headway in the UK since its inception. It punches well above a number of long-established white shoe practices in London and takes great care to promote from within, having invested in hiring bright and highly capable associates into its core departments from the start.
The position has arisen as a result of an ongoing rise in client instruction due to the firm's ever increasing brand profile and will provide plenty of scope to undertake a leading role as part of a small team.
