Legal Secretary

Are you a vibrant and enthusiastic individual looking for a new Legal Secretary role in Manchester?
Sacco Mann are working with a long established firm in Manchester who have an opening for a Legal Secretary in their Commercial/ Private Client Department.
The firm need an organised and professional individual who has previous legal experience in:
- Property- Residential & Commercial Conveyancing including business leases, Land Registry, and Stamp Duty Tax Land Tax Forms.
- General commercial work to include business sales, purchases and general commercial agreements including Companies House Forms.
- Private Client- Wills, Trust & Probate.

The ideal person should be approachable, supportive, a team player, flexible, and confident in their own abilities.

You must also have good organisational skills and the ability to work proactively and to prioritise.
A friendly phone manner is essential with the ability and confidence to speak to clients, make appointments and maintain diaries.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Audio typing
- Typing and drafting correspondence
- Amending documents
- Diary Management
- Booking meetings
- Assisting with and drafting bills
- Arranging and booking travel and accommodation
- Opening, maintaining and closing files
- Archiving files
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Scanning and preparing documentation
- General administration ie. filing, faxing, photocopying etc

The hours of work are 9am- 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
