The role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Lawyer for busy department in Manchester. With a minimum of four years PQE, this role is suited to a Fee Earner with strong attention to detail and empathetic towards their clients. You will be able to handle your workload to meet tight deadlines. Matters will include: negotiating settlements; delayed diagnosis; birthing injuries; dental; fractures; inappropriate treatments; misdiagnosis and; claims for minors. The successful Clinical Negligence Lawyer will possess excellent client care skills at all times and communicate in clear and concise manner. The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

The candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Fee Earner or a Legal Executive with a minimum of four years PQE;
You must have solid knowledge in Clinical Negligence matters;
Strong Negotiation skills is desirable;
You will be client focused with great attention to details;
You will be able to handle a diverse caseload working well to meet tight deadlines;
You will be able to work well within a team and on own initiative;
Previous expertise in supervising a team is advantageous;
You will have a flair for business development.
