Interim Private Client Solicitor

Private Client Locum Required on an ongoing basis.

An experienced locum Private Client Solicitor is required to join an established Private Practice in Kent. The role is due to start as a matter of urgency and is likely to run for an ongoing duration – anticipated for two to three months initially. The firm are open to considering candidates on a full time or part time basis.

Due to the fact the role is to start urgently, candidates are required to be available at short notice or immediately.

The caseload will include a mixture of the following:

• Wills
• Probate
• Administration of Estates
• Lasting powers of Attorney
• Light Tax and Trust matters

Previous experience in handling a full private client caseload is required for this role.

The firm is located near a main line train station and has parking nearby.
