My client is a high ranking US law firm who are looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer with native Korean language skills to join their Private Equity Transactions Group. They are seeking a mid-level M&A associate to be based out of their Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in cross-border M&A (strategic or PE) or other corporate transactions at a major US or UK law firm. Candidates must hold a US JD and fluency in Korean is essential. Excellent career prospects on offer and top rates of remuneration.
