Senior Paralegal

We are currently working with an international pharmaceutical company who are recruiting a Senior Paralegal on a permanent basis.

You will be supporting the in-house legal team in relation to general commercial contracts. Based in Chertsey, you will be supporting the company and its' affiliates throughout the EMEA region in relation to commercial contract and research matters. This includes helping to negotiate standard commercial contracts with third parties.

You will have the opportunity to be involved with supporting larger projects, as well as managing smaller projects directly.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior pharmaceutical or lifesciences sector experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts such as service agreements and confidentiality agreements.
• Formal qualification in paralegal practice or a law degree.
